BAR Honda Formula 1 Season 2005
Production : Productions de Monte Carlo
Country : Spain

B.A.R-Honda, silver at Constructor's Championship in 2004, started the season 2005 with great expectations. Behind the wheel, Anthony Davidson, tested the new top speed car on the Catalunya race track together with the Flying-Cam team. It was an opportunity for the renowned F1 team to introduce its new promising concept car known as '007' to the TV networks.

The new V12 Honda engine is ready to last two races meeting the new regulations. The front aerofoil of the 007 is now higher and the back one was brought forward in order to slow down the one-seaters speed by reducing the road holding.

According to Jenson Button and Takuma Sato, the season 2005 will prove that 2004's success was not a one-shot, but a steady evolution leading to a possible medal against competitors McLarren and Ferrari.

For the third time, BAR Honda Producer, Philippe Albera (from Monaco), wanted Flying-Cam to capture highly dynamics images, very soon to be broadcasted worldwide.

PS: Geoffrey Willis, Chassis designer and BAR Honda Technical director, appeared to be a passionate RC Helicopter pilot.
