Office Manager EU
Location : Oupeye, Belgium

Job duties:

- Handle incoming requests
- Contact clients, follow up until the signing of contract
- Organize filming projects, including making travel and financial arrangements
- Liaise with freelance filming crew
- Liaise with the other Flying-Cam offices
- Provide marketing and promotional support such as preparing press release and attending tradeshows
- Provide full administrative support to the office

Requirements:

- University degree holder, preferably with a major in Business Administration/ Mass Communication/ Language Studies
- 0-5 years experience
- Knowledge in filming industry an asset
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self motivation and willingness to learn
- Excellent level in English
- Other languages an asset
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Photoshop an asset
- Immediate available preferred
