With the community, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is committed to fighting corruption through effective law enforcement, education and prevention to help keep Hong Kong fair, just, stable and prosperous.

In the Corporate video of ICAC, Flying-Cam II flew over the Victoria Harbor of Hong Kong and provided city aerial views of the new Milestone Headquarter ICAC.

The Flying-Cam II operation fulfilled the strict regulations required by the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong (CAD). The permission of CAD to fly over this metropolitan was granted upon a Flying-Cam II demonstration of 3 consecutive and successful autorotation with full payload and pilot controlling from the top of the 120 meters building.

The shots were taken from different strategic locations including from the roof of the ICAC Building and from a boat at the harbor front.
